Automotive Superstore launches Bathurst 1000 assault with Brad Jones Racing

Macauley Jones and Jordan Boys' 2026 Bathurst 1000 challenger has been revealed ahead of the Great Race, with Automotive Superstore's distinctive colours now emblazoned across the GR Supra Supercar.

For the second year running, Automotive Superstore has stepped up as naming rights sponsor for a Brad Jones Racing entry in the 1000.

It's the new-for-2026 Supra Supercar's first assault on the Mountain, a highly anticipated Bathurst debut for the marque.

Automotive Superstore is Australia's leading online destination for car parts, accessories, and performance products, trusted by enthusiasts nationwide. The naming rights partnership is a proud milestone for the company, reinforcing its commitment to Australian motorsport at every level and to the community of fans who live and breathe racing.

The striking new livery was brought to life using 3M films and premium PPG paints, its aggressive design translating into a bold, race-ready finish that will turn heads on the Mountain.

Last year, Jones and Boys put on a strong showing at Bathurst, with Jones narrowly missing out on a Top Ten Shootout appearance.

The pair ran high in the field for the majority of the race before a small error undid their hard work, another chapter in Bathurst's long history of heartbreak.

The Albury boys will be chasing redemption this year behind the wheel of the Automotive Superstore Supra.

Fans will get their first glimpse of the car at the Track to Town event on Wednesday (17:30 AEDT), as the Supercars parade into the heart of Bathurst.

On-track action begins Thursday with Practice 1 (13:30), building toward the most anticipated race of the year on Sunday (11:30).

Macauley Jones

Supercars driver, #96 Automotive Superstore Racing GR Supra

"We've worked with Automotive Superstore for a number of years, and they're a team that genuinely lives and breathes cars and racing, that passion comes through in everything we do together.

"This livery translates brilliantly to the Supra. The colours and lines really pop, and I honestly can't wait to see it tearing up the Mountain.

"It's been a bit of a rollercoaster with the Supra this year, but I feel we are really starting to click with it now. I'm pumped to get to Bathurst, hopefully we'll see plenty of Toyota flags flying up the top of the Mountain!"

Brad Jones

Team owner, Brad Jones Racing

"Bathurst is such a special time of year, and Automotive Superstore truly get that. They understand what this race means to our team and to the fans, and having them back onboard as naming rights partner for another year says everything about that commitment.

"This is our first crack at Bathurst with the Supra and while there'll be a few unknowns, we've put in serious groundwork and the team has been flat out making sure we squeeze every bit of potential out of this package.

“We've already seen what the Supra can do in the Enduros, we know what it's capable of. Now it's about nailing all the 1%'s and hitting the ground running."

Ash Pan

Head of Marketing and Growth, Automotive Superstore

"Bathurst is the race Australian car people wait all year for, so being back as naming rights partner for a second year, on the Supra's first run up the Mountain, is a proud moment for our whole team.

“The people in the grandstands and watching at home are the ones we look after every day, whether they're servicing the family car or building something in the shed on weekends. Brad and the crew have done the work, and we can't wait to watch Macauley and Jordan take our colours the full 161 laps."
