Evans’ 2024 SCT Logistics colours revealed

Supercars rookie Jaxon Evans’ SCT Logistics Camaro has broken cover revealing an evolution livery for the 2024 season.

Evans joins SCT Motorsport for his first full-time campaign in the Repco Supercars Championship.

SCT Logistics have revamped the much-loved warpaint from the Camaro’s debut in 2023, freshening the livery for a much-anticipated season with Evans at the helm.

The most notable additional feature of the 2024 livery is more of the traditional SCT red across the skirts of the Camaro, making Evans’ chariot a sure standout on track.

The team can also confirm a change in competition number to ‘12’, which was instigated by a request from Matt Stone Racing to use the number ‘4’.

The renowned Porsche driver announced his switch to Supercars late in 2023 and comes into his first full-time season armed with an arsenal of experience.

While the Kiwi is classified as a rookie, he’s no stranger to the SCT Motorsport team - having been a co-driver for the past two seasons.

2024 holds promise for the 27-year-old Carrera Cup Australia Champion, who has already impressed the BJR squad immensely with his co-driver stints and professionalism.

Evans will be at the wheel of the #12 Camaro for the first time this year at the Supercars’ official test day at Winton Motor Raceway on February 7 ahead of his debut at the Bathurst 500 on February 23-25.

Jaxon Evans

Supercars driver, #12 Camaro SCT Logistics

“Really excited to be representing SCT Logistics, in the striking white and red Camaro for 2024.

“Getting itchy feet waiting to finally kick the year off at our pre-season test. Bathurst is a pretty wild place to have your solo debut - in saying that, it’s the last circuit I drove a Supercar.

“As a supercars ‘rookie’ there’s a lot of unknowns at present - but, collectively we have clear intentions of what we want to achieve.

“I’m confident in the team and the driving force behind this opportunity.”

Andrew Jones

SCT Logistics – Head of Motorsport Programs

“Jaxon coming in as the primary driver of the SCT Logistics Camaro is a big change for us and affirms the key objectives that we have for this program.

“While Jaxon will carry the status of being a ‘rookie’, the experience that we all have working together as a team over the past two years across the endurance events will absolutely assist in ensuring that we hit our performance targets. When you couple that with his extensive global success, we have no doubt 2024 will be strong for SCT Motorsport.

“Our long time partnership group of Liberty Fuels, Wash It – Mobile Truck Washing, Huski Construction Equipment, Gemco Rail and Southern States Group all continue to be a part of our team’s journey and we look forward to building on those relationships.”
